E-C is the data controller of clients’ personal data provided outside the red boxes of their company profiles, which will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).

Lawfulness of processing: by consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1) GDPR).

Communication of data: the data you provide outside the red boxes on your company profile will not be communicated to third parties and will not be made public, except when required by law.
